Break Free
From Emotional Eating
I’m Nicole, and I help women understand the why behind their eating patterns and build a kinder, more peaceful relationship with food—and themselves.
Are you tired of feeling out of control around food—and even more tired of how much control it has over you?
Do you find yourself bingeing—not because you’re physically hungry—but because you’re stressed, bored, lonely, or just trying to numb out when everything feels overwhelming?
You promise, “I’ll start that diet tomorrow…”
But the cravings always come back. The cycle repeats.
And you’re left feeling ashamed, defeated… like you’ve failed again.
If this sounds like you, you’re not alone.
And more importantly—you’re not failing.
There’s simply a deeper reason behind it.
Emotional eating isn’t really about food.
It’s about the emotional weight you may be carrying—years of stress, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or pain you haven’t had the space to process.
And when you begin to understand and address what’s underneath those patterns, something powerful can happen: your relationship with food—and yourself—can begin to shift too.
If you’re tired of the endless battle and ready to feel at peace in your body and your mind—this is your invitation to begin.
- Christine
I know the struggle—because I lived it.
For years, I chased thinness and used food to soothe my stress, anxiety, or simply to numb out.
But no amount of dieting, restricting — not even weight loss procedures— brought me peace.
Because the problem was never just food.
It was the unmet needs, the unspoken emotions, and the deeper patterns I had never addressed.
Everything changed when I stopped punishing my body and started doing the deeper inner work.
Now, as a Certified Holistic Health Coach, I help women do the same—break free from the binge-restrict cycle, release the shame, and build a peaceful, empowered relationship with food—and with themselves.
Healing isn’t about having it all figured out – it’s about taking small steps forward, being kind to yourself along the way, and learning to feel a sense of peace and power in your own skin.
