ABOUT ME

HI, I’M NICOLE!

For over twenty years, I’ve had the privilege of telling deeply human stories as an Emmy Award-winning television producer—stories of people battling addiction, navigating loss, and facing unimaginable challenges. And through those stories, one truth became undeniable:

Healing is possible, and we’re capable of more than just surviving—we’re meant to thrive.

But the story I struggled to tell for years… was my own.

My relationship with food had been complicated for as long as I can remember.

I was just nine years old when I went on my first diet—nine.
I vividly remember being on a family trip to Disneyland, tracking calories and obsessing over what I “could” and “couldn’t” eat.

That obsession stayed with me for decades.

Food was my dependable best friend—until it wasn’t.

No matter how much I restricted or how many diets I tried, the weight always came back—and so did the shame. I believed if I could just eat “perfectly” or lose the weight, I’d finally feel good enough.

But no diet or treatment ever gave me what I truly needed: peace.
And every time I tried to “fix” it with punishment or perfection, I spiraled deeper into the binge-restrict cycle.

That cycle ruled my life—until I hit a breaking point.

I was done punishing my body. I was done chasing an ideal. I was ready to heal.

Through deep emotional work, I uncovered something powerful…

Emotional eating isn’t about food.

It’s about unmet needs, unspoken feelings and unhealed parts of myself asking me to pay attention.

I began eating to nourish—not to punish.

I stopped measuring my self-worth by a number on the scale.

And I started shedding more than pounds—I began to let go of the shame, perfectionism, and the emotional weight I had been carrying for years.

Now, as a Certified Holistic Health Coach, I help other women do the same.

Together, we’ll uncover what’s really driving your eating patterns, quiet the inner critic, and build supportive strategies that work in real life—even when your brain is screaming for the cookies.

Healing isn’t about perfection.

It’s about showing up for yourself —with compassion, grace, and small, consistent steps.

If you’re tired of the battle with food and ready to feel at ease in your body and mind—let’s talk.
